The Missionary Cooperation Plan (MCP) Appeal began in the 1930’s to centralize the efforts of international missionary organizations that wish to appeal for assistance from Catholics in the United States. The one by One campaign is strengthening parishes throughout northeastern Wisconsin. Because of parishioners supporting the one by One campaign, St. Mary of the Seven Dolors Parish was able to begin a large tuck-pointing project and plastering project.
