The one by One campaign is strengthening parishes throughout northeastern Wisconsin.  Because of parishioners supporting the one by One campaign, St. Mary of the Seven Dolors Parish was able to begin a large tuck-pointing project and plastering project. 

Through the Raising Vocations Collection, we invest in ministries that encourage young men and women to say “Yes” to God’s invitation to the priesthood or religious life.  The first year of this collection has been a great success thanks to your abundant generosity.

Dave and Cathy have always supported the parish offertory, as well as many of the important projects and ministries of their parish. Now that they are retired, Dave and Cathy have begun considering how they can support their parish after they pass. A well-thought-out estate plan is great to plan your legacy.

The Catholic Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) organization established to serve the Catholic community here in northeastern Wisconsin. Life can be challenging. There are times when people feel so lost. They find help through Catholic Charities and the many programs and resources in our Diocese. Your gift to the Bishop’s Appeal helps people experience Christ’s love and helps Catholic Charities be able to serve so many people throughout northeastern Wisconsin.

Did you know you can reduce your taxes by making a gift from your IRA directly to charity? If you are 70 1/2 years old or older, you can make a charitable gift up to $100,000 directly from your IRA. This direct distribution can be made to a qualified charity such as your parish, a Catholic school, the Bishop’s Appeal, a diocesan ministry, the Catholic Foundation, or another Catholic charity.

St. Pope John Paul II declared, “We are an Easter People.”  We are called to rejoice in Jesus’ sacrifice and deep love for us.  Not only should we rejoice, but also, we should live as Jesus lived: to share the Father’s love and message with everyone we encounter.  Together in faith, we can leave a legacy that shares Jesus with the world.

More than 25 years ago, Bishop Robert Banks, Donald Long Sr., and Cindi Brawner planted a seed in northeastern Wisconsin.  It was with humble beginnings and deep faith that the seed was sown all those years ago.  Thanks to the generosity of families like yours, we have seen great fruit and brought Jesus to thousands of people. Living the Eucharist and Sharing the Gifts are the greatest acts of love we can give to our brothers and sisters in Christ. The Eucharist connects us to Jesus and inspires us to share God’s love with those we encounter.  The Bishop’s Appeal begins February 3-4, 2024.  Through your support, we are blessed to have the opportunity to share our gifts to further the mission of the Church.
