To Submit an Application

If you are a first-time applicant, welcome! Please be sure to review the grant opportunities here before applying.

New applicants will need to create a user profile in Foundant, our grant management software. The process can be started before the October 1 grant application window opens. For support in establishing your new account, visit our video and written tutorial guides.

Please note: Your organization may already exist within the grant software.  If you believe your organization is already in the software, please e-mail the Catholic Foundation or call Nicole Skarda, Grant Coordinator, at 920-272-8292 before creating a new profile.
